In general we accommodate a range of age groups, from elementary (6th grade / Year 7) to high school students, with tailored itineraries for each age level, and depending on where your group is traveling from (domestic or international)

Popular destinations include Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Sukhothai, Ayutthaya, and the islands of Phuket and Koh Samui, each offering unique cultural and educational experiences. For Thailand-based schools, we mainly focus on Chiang Mai, where we are based.

We prioritize safety with vetted accommodations, experienced local guides, and 24/7 support. We also provide guidelines for emergency procedures and local health resources.

Our trips range from 7 to 14 days, depending on the itinerary and specific learning objectives.

We also offer day trips for Chiang Mai based schools, and short 3 to 6 days Residential Programs in Chiang Mai for schools based in the region.

Yes, we offer meal plans that include a variety of local Thai cuisine, with options for dietary restrictions. Most meals with meat are chicken and pork, favorites of Thai cuisines. We don’t usually serve fish or seafood unless the trip is based in the islands. Plenty of vegetables are served, and we offer vegetarian options. More specific diet requirements can be arranged on request. For longer trips, we also include some western meals, and provide continental breakfasts.

For longer educational trips, we typically maintain a ratio of one main trip leader and one tour guide assistant for groups of up to 20 participants. For larger groups, additional assistants are provided, and this arrangement will be discussed in accordance with school requirements.

For specific activities such as cycling, trekking, and other outdoor pursuits, the ratio is usually one staff member for every ten students. This ensures adequate supervision and support throughout the trip, although the exact ratio may vary depending on the selected program.

We strongly recommend that all participants obtain travel insurance and that trip organizers gather comprehensive information on health precautions specific to Thailand. Trip organizers can consult a healthcare professional in their country of residence for personalized medical advice.

There are no mandatory vaccinations for entry into Thailand, except for travelers coming from certain countries. The government of Thailand requires proof of vaccination against yellow fever from individuals arriving from areas with a risk of contamination. Additionally, there is no malaria in the Chiang Mai area where we will be traveling; however, we advise all students to take precautions to protect themselves. We recommend consulting with a physician in your country for further health advice and recommendations.

Absolutely! We can tailor the itinerary to focus on specific subjects such as cultural studies, environmental science, and more. Additionally, we often recommend including outdoor activities, which are our specialties, for participants to enjoy the beautiful nature of the region. Please feel free to discuss your specific needs and interests with our program consultants, and we will be happy to assist you in creating a customized itinerary.

Pricing varies based on the itinerary, duration, and group size, but our packages typically include accommodation, meals, transportation, and all proposed activities; discussing your program will allow us to provide a prompt quotation.

We have comprehensive emergency plans that include access to local medical facilities and emergency contacts. Our trained staff are equipped with specific operational procedures and are capable of providing basic first aid. It’s important to note that the main international hospitals in Thailand offer very good medical care.
